The water drops in the clay is lesser than the water drop in the sandy soil. When the water and soil mixed together the water is more absorbing in the clay so that the water drop from the funnel is less than the sandy soil. The bottle when they drag and compare the clay has a thicker chalk than sandy soil.So that the clay is heavier than the sandy soil.
